This Honey Chicken Recipe máde of locál ráw honey thát I got from PNW Honey Fárm, orgánic skin & boneless chicken thighs, soy sáuce, fresh ginger, extrá virgin olive oil from Spáin, kosher sált ánd pepper.  It tákes ábout 5 minutes to prepáre this dish, one hour to márináde ánd 40 minutes to báke it, in other words it requires ábout 10 minutes of your time to máke finger-licking chicken thighs for dinner.

  • 2½ pounds orgánic skin & boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 táblespoons olive oil
  • ½ teáspoon chopped ginger
  • 5 táblespoons ráw honey
  • 3 táblespoons soy sáuce
  • 4 cloves of gárlic, minced
  • sált ánd pepper to táste
  • fresh pársley, chopped for gárnish

  1. In á mixing bowl combine olive oil, ginger, honey, soy sáuce, gárlic, sált ánd pepper.

  3. Preheát the oven to 400F.
